As spouses, the greatest blessing of their lives comes in 2018, the birth of their son Emiliano, who quickly became the greatest impulse to materialize their project, a dream come true called Dolce Balloons.
Dolce Balloons was born as a family business in which Zay is mainly in charge of the administrative area, Customer Service, he plays with the color combination of many of the designs they sell and his main purpose is to see his customers 100% satisfied. Carlos, on the other hand, is the artist in charge of making the sketches of the bouquets and the decorations, which he executes with a high sense of quality and excellence together with his team, the result of this explosive mix of talents has been
become a reference not only for the client but also for many other entrepreneurs and companies dedicated to the same field.
In August 2021 their discipline, perseverance and unstoppable desire to become an important reference and set a trend in the world of decoration led them to open their first physical store in Miami FL, where they not only received their customers happy but also gave a little of his knowledge teaching new talents who are starting in the magical world of decoration.
